DineLA Continues Through August 8

Dine LA Summer continues through Friday, August 8. More than 300 restaurants will offer lunch and dinner menus from some of LA’s hottest restaurants.

Pixi Afternoon Tea and Poolside Cabanas at The London West Hollywood

The London West Hollywood has paired with Pixi Beauty to offer a Pixi Afternoon Tea every Saturday and Sunday from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. This glow-filled experience highlights Pixi’s signature glow with the luxury hotel’s classic tea service and features a specially crafted tea menu. It also features the Pixi Glow Bar, a “glow-up” station hosted by a Pixi makeup artist, where guests can enjoy quick touch-ups, BASE matching, and record before/after content using Pixi filters and hashtags for a chance to win giveaway prizes. The afternoon tea costs $84 per person, reservations can be made on OpenTable. You can also book the Rooftop Pizi Cabana Experience with an ice bucket of chilled Pixi Glow Mists, tote bags filled with Pixi favorites (including a pre-launch SPF), and a signature cocktail menu with sips like The Pixietini and Glowtini. Eataly Offers Gelato Fest

Throughout the month of August Eataly in Century City is offering different gelato experiences, we tried their five new affogato flavors, Torino, Napoli, Mantova, Sorrento and Palermo.

St-Germain and the Fairmont Century City Offer St. Tropez Style Pool Experiences

This summer, St-Germain is pairing with the Fairmont Century City to create a St. Tropez style Parisian Garden oasis featuring frozen and carafe served STG Hugo spritzes. Breakfast Republic Launches “Chick ‘n’ Toast”

Beginning August 1, Breakfast Republic is bringing a quirky, upbeat spin to your favorite meal of the day. Diners can order Chick ‘n’ Toast, crispy chicken thighs served with two poached eggs, topped with a creamy chipotle hollandaise and garnished with petite cilantro and spicy pickled carrots, served over buttered brioche toast.

McConnell's Fine Ice Cream Pairs with See's Candies for Limited Run Ice Creams

McConnell's Fine Ice Cream has paired with See's Candies to release three all new limited edition flavors that blend See's chocolates with McConnell's delicious ice cream. They include Brown Sugar with Milk Bordeaux; PB&J with Peanut Butter Patties and Strawberry with Strawberry Creams, each is $12. Farmers Market Hosts Paso Robles Wine Pop Ups

Each Thursday in August Travel Paso and the Farmers Market will host free wine samples from Paso Robles wineries during the Market’s Summer Music Series. Angelenos can listen to music and sample wine as well as enter to win a trip to wine country. Pop-ups will be at the Plaza near the Clock Tower each Thursday from 5:30 to 8:30pm.

Salt & Straw Launches Late Summer Produce Flavors

Ice cream shop Salt & Straw has launched their new Farmer’s Market Series with flavors including chocolate chip zucchini bread, tomato gelato with olive brittle, melon and prosciutto, peach jam miso blondies and pickled cucumber sorbet. The new flavors will be available through the end of August.

Randy’s Donuts Offers “Naked Gun” Donut

Randy’s Donuts has partnered with Paramount Pictures to offer a special Frank Drebin Jr. Strawberry Underwear Donut, a sprinkled covered vanilla iced donut stuffed with strawberry filling. Donuts are available through August 3 at all LA Randy’s locations.

Heidi Klum Teams with Erewhon for New Kluminator Smoothie

Model Heidi Klum has teamed with Erewhon for the new Kluminator smoothie with MALK coconut milk, kiwi matcha juice, mango, aloe, chia, matcha, dates, collagen and coconut cream. Now avaialbe at Erewhon stores until August 21.

The Grove Launches Rivian Pop-Up

The Grove has launched a partnership with Rivian to offer immersive pop-up experiences, demo drive opportunities, interactive vehicle displays and giveaways now until the end of the year. They are also hosting Step into Your First Drop, KaChing!, an interactive pop-up where creativity meets instant gratification from August 1 - 3. Hosted by Procolored, this hands-on experience lets you design and print your own custom tote bags, t-shirts, and phone cases—on the spot and completely free.

Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort Offers Labor Day Fun

Head to Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort to spend the long weekend enjoying their inflatable aquatic park, a floating playground with inflatables, slides, bouncers and more. Guests can also enjoy kayaks, pedal boats, paddleboards and electric Duffy boat rentals. There is alos live music each evening.
