Woman Suffers Serious Burns, Possibly From Microwave Fire In Los Angeles
Paramedics rushed the 30-year-old woman to a hospital.
LOS ANGELES, CA — A woman suffered serious burns Sunday at a home in the Beverly Grove community of Los Angeles, possibly from a microwave malfunction fire, authorities said.
Firefighters were dispatched at 10:17 a.m. Sunday to 321 S. San Vicente Blvd., according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Paramedics rushed the 30-year-old woman to a hospital.

"Three total occupants and a pet cat escaped the smoke-charged residence, reportedly following a microwave malfunction," the LAFD's Lyndsey Lantz said. "LAFD Arson is investigating. Nothing further at this time."
