Celebrate the Day of the Dead Sunday in Long Beach

The festival is from noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday at the Museum of Latin American Art in Long Beach. Admission is free courtesy of Target.

Día de Los Muertos is a vibrant celebration of life and loved ones. Learn about this Mexican religious festival through art workshops, live performances, gallery tours, food, face painting, unique craft vendors, alter displays, and an exhibition of José Guadalupe Posada’s prints!

The festival is from noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday. Parking is available from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the MOLAA parking lot and at the nearby Franklin Middle School in the afternoon. Food and drinks available for purchase.

Día de Los Muertos attire is strongly encouraged. Vistors are welcome to come dressed as a calavera, or skeleton.
