Elections In Seal Beach 2022: What To Know, Where To Cast Your Ballot

SEAL BEACH, CA — As voters begin receiving their ballots in Seal Beach and across Orange County early next week, the new Registrar of Voters, Bob Page, plans on hiring nearly 200 new workers to monitor local polling places.

Page's goal is to ensure Orange County elections are secure, fair, accurate, transparent and accessible to all registered voters. Part of that process is the Registrar of Voters open house, according to a recent news release. The open house will show anyone who is interested in how the process of receiving, sorting and recording votes works.

That event will take place from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Oct. 12 at 1300 South Grand Avenue, Building C in Santa Ana.

Voters in Seal Beach can return their ballots to drop boxes starting Oct. 10 until Nov. 8 at 8 p.m:

The county has just over 1.8 million registered voters as of Monday, an increase from the 2018 general election, the Registrar of Voters website shows.
