Gaseous Odor In Seal Beach Prompts Investigation
According to firefighters, the gas smell was coming from off the coast of Seal Beach.
SEAL BEACH, CA — The Orange County Fire Authority investigated reports of a gaseous smell in Seal Beach Monday morning.
According to OCFA, the command center received multiple calls about the smell. Firefighters investigated the reports and discovered that the odor was coming from off the coast.
"We do not have any active gas-related calls in the area at this time," the Orange County Fire Authority said in a statement on X, formerly known as Twitter.
