SEAL BEACH, CA -- A driver reportedly avoided a citation this week after hundreds of empty soda cans fell out of his truck while he drove on Interstate 405 in Orange County. The incident was reported Thursday evening near Seal Beach.
A video posted on Twitter shows hundreds of soda cans covering the busy freeway. Despite the unusual incident, ABC 13 reported there were no accidents.
