On Wednesday's opening day, The Backyard will offer residents $3 smashburgers until supplies last, owner Anthony Ko said in a statement.
“The Backyard is intended to be exactly that — a backyard. We want guests to feel as if they are stepping into a loved one’s home, and enjoy that comfortable, casual feeling," Ko said in a statement. "Seal Beach’s Main Street is the perfect backdrop for the concept because it is so community oriented here. We look forward to serving the Seal Beach community and earning our place as a Main Street neighborhood staple.”
