Multi-Vehicle Crash In Los Alamitos Kills One

LOS ALAMITOS, CA — A body was found lying in lanes of traffic on the 605 Freeway over the holiday weekend following a multi-vehicle crash, according to reports.

The crash was reported at about 2:01 a.m. on Saturday on the freeway at Katella Avenue. When the California Highway Patrol arrived on the scene, they found mangled vehicles and a victim lying in the middle of the northbound lanes.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. No other injuries were reported and it is unknown whether the victim was a pedestrian or a passenger in one of the vehicles involved in the crash.
