OC Police Investigate Body Discovered On Surfside Beach
Authorities received a call Thursday evening that a dead man was spotted laying on a beach in Orange County.
SEAL BEACH, CA — Authorities confirmed reports of a body found on a beach in Orange County on Thursday evening.
Around 5:50 p.m., the Seal Beach Police Department received a call that a body was found on Surfside Beach in Seal Beach. The person was found adjacent to the Surfside Colony located near 89 B Row, officials said.
The body was described as an adult man with no obvious signs of trauma on the body.

The identity of the person is still being confirmed by the Orange County Coroner. No additional information will be released until the next of kin is notified, police said.
