ORANGE COUNTY, CA — Authorities Wednesday asked for the public's help tracking down a stolen Bengal Lynx cat and its captor.

The owner of the cat, named Clubber, was reported stolen last Wednesday, according to the Westminster Police Department. Clubber's owner said she discovered her pet missing Friday morning and recovered the cat's AirTag, that was attached to the feline's collar, near her driveway in the 10000 block of Finchley Avenue, police said.

When the owner reviewed home surveillance video footage she saw the suspect lure Clubber, possibly with food, and then snatched the cat and fled in a white pickup truck, which was possibly a Toyota Tacoma.
