A three-week class focusing on SAT preparation and test strategies begin this Saturday, the city of Los Alamitos announced.
The class is being offered by the city's Recreation and Community Services Department to provide SAT test, manual, and individualized SAT instruction to strengthen areas of weakness and improve a student's score.
Classes will be held on Saturday, Oct. 12, Oct. 19 & Oct. 26 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Long Beach Parks, Recreation & Marine Administration Building, 2760 Studebaker Rd. in Long Beach.

The class fee is $145 + $2 processing fee. An additional $45 program/testing fee is payable to the instructor.
