Suspect At Large In Attempted Chase Bank Robbery In Seal Beach

SEAL BEACH, CA — A man wanted on suspicion of attempting to rob a Chase Bank in Seal Beach was being sought by police Wednesday, authorities said.
The attempted robbery was reported at 9 a.m. at the Chase Bank on 801 Pacific Coast Highway, according to the Seal Beach Police Department.
According to police, the suspect, who was not identified by name, entered the bank and claimed to have a gun while demanding money.

He then fled the scene on foot, police said.
