'We Have Your Gun, Ammo and Meth:' SBPD Issues Lost And Found Notice
The Seal Beach Police Department is looking for a suspect who stayed at a motel in the city recently.
SEAL BEACH, CA — Did you stay at the 777 Motor Inn in Seal Beach Tuesday night? If so, the Seal Beach Police Department found some of your belongings and would like to chat.
According to a post on the police department's Facebook page, officers are looking for a suspect who pulled up to the motel in a car that was reported stolen. With the suspect nowhere in sight, police decided to tow the car.
Before it was taken away, police searched the vehicle and said they found a firearm, some ammo and methamphetamine.

SBPD posted the call out on social media saying:
"Give us a call on our non-emergency line at 562-594-7232 or better yet, come see us so we can chat about it."
