SEAL BEACH, CA — The Shops at Rossmoor in Seal Beach is hosting a $200 giveaway to celebrate the spookiest season of the year.
To enter the mall's competition, members of the public can follow The Shops at Rossmoor on Instagram and comment your favorite Halloween candy on the giveaway post. The contest ends on Oct. 25 and the winners will be randomly selected on Oct. 28.
Winners will receive a prize with the value of $200.
