2 Accused In String Of Armed Robberies Targeting SJ Panaderias
Police believe two men stole thousands from bakeries across San Jose and may be responsible for other robberies.

SAN JOSE, CA — Two men arrested this month are accused in a series of armed robberies that targeted panaderias throughout San Jose in December and January, according to police.
Investigators said the two men would enter the bakeries while they were open, brandish a gun and demand money or take the cash register, stealing thousands of dollars from local businesses across the city.
Detectives with the police department's robbery unit worked the case since December, connecting two suspects to the string of crimes and obtaining warrants for their arrest. Investigators identified the men Monday as Teodoro Ramos, 37, and Arturo Vasquez-Ayala, both of San Jose.
