Amber Alert Issued For Girl Believed Abducted Out of Washington

The California Highway Patrol has issued a statewide Amber Alert for a 14-year-old girl believed to have been abducted by a man in Kennewick, Wash., the CHP said.

Eduardo Flores-Rosalas, 19, is suspected of abducting Elizabeth Romero at about 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, the CHP said.

Romero is described as a Hispanic girl standing 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 130 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a white tank top, dark pants and was carrying a backpack and a pink purse, the CHP said.

Flores-Rosales is described as a Hispanic man standing 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 200 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen driving a early 2000s green Ford Escape with temporary Washington registration, the CHP said.

They may pass through California and the Bay Area en route to Mexico, the CHP said.
