Officers responded to a report of a burglary from a vehicle. Unknown suspects broke into the victim vehicle, removed items, and tampered with the ignition.

Arrest: 31 year old female, resident of Manteca
Charges: Possession of drug paraphernalia
Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was located and the occupant was found to be on active probation. A search yielded a methamphetamine pipe. The suspect was cited and released.

18400-blk Overlook
Arrest: 27 year old male, resident of Hayward; 27 year old female, resident of Hayward; 23 year old male, resident of Hayward
Charges: Vehicle theft, possession of stolen property, possession of burglary tools, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, false identification to police officer, driving on suspended license
Officers responded to a report of a suspicious subject seen standing near a vehicle when the vehicle’s alarm sounded. Officers responded and conducted an enforcement stop on the suspect vehicle. The occupants attempted to discard contraband out of the window of the vehicle. It was determined that the vehicle had been reported stolen in San Ramon. All three occupants were detained without incident. A search of the vehicle yielded numerous burglary tools and multiple pieces of stolen mail from Los Gatos, Dublin, and Livermore. All parties were arrested and transported to Main Jail.

300-blk Highway 9
Officers responded to a report of a burglary. A witness heard glass breaking, heard an alarm, and observed the suspect flee towards Saratoga. Shortly thereafter, there was a collision in a nearby jurisdiction involving the same suspect vehicle during which the driver fled. It was later determined that the vehicle had been stolen in Capitola. Follow-up is being conducted.

100-blk Escobar
Officers responded to a report of a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was later recovered by the Antioch Police Department.
4/28/2017 0826 hours
200-blk Winchester
Officers responded to a report of a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was recovered by the Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety.
