Community Police Academy Applications Open For Los Gatos Residents

LOS GATOS, CA — Los Gatos residents are invited to participate in the Los Gatos-Monte Sereno Police Department’s Community Police Academy.

Town officials said the program offers a chance for a better understanding between residents and the police department.

The 10-week course runs from August 25 through October 27. Applications are due July 29.

The program features presentations and demonstrations from various police department personnel.

Participants must be at least 18 years old, have no felony convictions, outstanding warrants, pending criminal cases or misdemeanor convictions in the last three years.
