Human Trafficking Suspect Arrested In San Jose
Police allege a 23-year-old San Jose man was trafficking a 16-year-old, who authorities rescued last week.

SAN JOSE, CA — San Jose detectives have arrested a man authorities allege was trafficking a teen for commercial sex work.
According to police, detectives following up on a call for service found evidence of potential human trafficking involving a minor on Jan. 31. The detectives referred the investigation to the Human Trafficking Task Force, where detectives identified the suspect as Dante Lee Price, 23, of San Jose.
The task force submitted evidence for an arrest warrant and worked with the department's covert response unit to arrest Price in San Jose on Friday. He was booked into jail on suspicion of trafficking a minor. Police said the girl was rescued and connected with resources.
