Los Gatos At Work: Petroglyph
Downtown ceramic store employees help everyone make something beautiful to take home!

Editor's note: The following is an occasional series highlighting the people who work in Los Gatos.
I have several cherished ceramic pieces made by my three children with my assistance at Petroglyph in San Jose's Willow Glen neighborhood.
They are among the best memories I have of working with my kids to make something special as a family.
It's thanks to workers like Sarah Francis, manager of the Petroglyph in Los Gatos, 37 No. Santa Cruz Ave., that these special moments take place between parents and children or friends.
It takes patient and caring employees to guide customers through the process, from selecting the ceramic piece they want to work on, to coloring it and then baking it in the over, as I call it, or kiln.
When we stopped by, Francis was accompanied by employees Ana Tahamtanzadeh and Lauren Lewis.
