LOS GATOS, CA -- A local man will be among those vying to win the heart of a single woman during the upcoming season of ABC's reality competition show "The Bachelorette."
Matt Donald, a 26-year-old a medical device salesman from Los Gatos, will be among 30 bachelors on the upcoming season of the show, which features a woman named Hannah Brown, a 24-year-old Alabama native who previously appeared on season 23 of ABC's other romance-based reality show, "The Bachelor."
"Matt Donald is an old-fashioned guy who loves to bring flowers to a girl on a first date," According to the show's mini-biography on him. "When he's not killing it in the medical device sales game, he's spending time with his family and watching Alabama football."

The bio also states that Matt's brother and parents are deaf, and that he grew up using sign language. Additionally, he loves salsa dancing, "even though he says he is terrible at it," and that his biggest fear is being trapped in a room with spiders.
Not surprisingly, according to the bio, Matt says that he "loves Hannah and he hasn't even met her."
