Los Gatos Police Blotter, May 16-19: Assault, Burglaries, Criminal Threats
The following arrest information was provided by the Los Gatos-Monte Sereno Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Property Damage Accident
- A property damage accident was reported at 5:21 p.m. May 16 at Blossom Hill Road and Leigh Avenue.
Residential Burglary
- An unknown suspect entered the unlocked open garage of a home on Altura Vista and took a bag sitting next to a car at 8:38 a.m. May 17.
Found Property
- A Los Gatos librarian turned over to Los Gatos/Monte Sereno police a cell phone that had been left at the facility, 100 Villa Ave., and was located May 6 at 4:08 p.m. May 16.
- A wallet was found in a parking lot on Alberto Way and turned over to police at 10:37 a.m. May 16.
- A citizen found undisclosed property and turned it into the Los Gatos/Monte Sereno Police Department at 11:59 a.m. May 16 at Pollard Road and More Avenue in Campbell.
Auto Burglary
- A car was broken into and a laptop computer and two ATM cards were stolen at 11:45 a.m. May 17 at University Avenue and Vasona Oaks Drive.
Warrant Service
- A warrant service incident was reported at 1:39 p.m. May 17 on No. Santa Cruz Avenue.
Fraud
- A theft of services was reported at a hotel at 1:49 p.m. May 17 on East Main Street.
- An incident of fraud was reported at 12:08 p.m. May 18 on Union Avenue.
Criminal Threats
- A man made threatening remarks in front of a co-worker at 4:03 p.m. May 17 on Blossom Hill Road.
Missing Juvenile
- A missing juvenile incident was reported at 6:55 p.m. May 17 at an undisclosed location.
- A missing juvenile incident was reported at 1:48 a.m. May 19 at an undisclosed location.
Assault
- A man reported he was assaulted by a male friend during an argument over politics at 9:23 p.m. May 17 on No. Santa Cruz Avenue.
Suspicious
- An undisclosed suspicious incident occurred at 2:02 p.m. May 18 on W. Parr Avenue.
- A man was seen hiding drug paraphernalia on the grounds of an apartment complex at 6:17 p.m. May 18 on Oak Rim Court.
Minor Injury Accident
- A minor injury accident was reported at 7:31 p.m. May 18 at Blossom Hill Road and University Avenue.
Mail Tampering
- An incident of mail theft that occurred between May 1 and May 18 was reported to police at 8:42 p.m. May 18 on Villa Avenue.
- An unknown subject vandalized windows at a residence on Andrews Street in Monte Sereno at 4:15 a.m. May 19.
