Patch Watch: Landslide Concern at Oak Meadow Park

Los Gatos Patch reader Doug Lynner said while walking the morning of Aug. 6 he came across a potential landslide threat in Oak Meadow Park.
He said the danger spot is located just inside the University Avenue entrance near Blossom Hill Road. Cracks in the soil are obvious in a number of places around the tree, he reported.
Anthony Sanchez, senior park maintenance worker for the Santa Clara County Parks and Recreation Department, said the area in question falls under the jurisdiction of the Town of Los Gatos.
