Power Restored to Silicon Valley All Customers
Sunday's power outage affected 3,746 customers at its peak at around 4 p.m.
SANTA CLARA, CA — All Silicon Valley Power customers whose power had been out Sunday evening have had their power restored by 6:30 p.m., the City of Santa Clara-owned utility said Sunday night.
The outage, reported shortly before 4 p.m. Sunday, affected 3,746 customers at its peak. By 5 p.m., 2,259 customers were still without power, Silicon Valley Power officials said.
No visible cause of the outage had been established as of 8 p.m. Sunday.

On Twitter, the utility said, "However, if there is still a problem, power may not hold."
