San Jose Shooting Leaves Man Dead

No arrest has been made in the case.

SAN JOSE, CA — A man was found fatally shot on Tully Road in San Jose on Tuesday morning, according to police.

Officers responded at 9:46 a.m. to a report of a person shot in the 1600 block of Tully Road and arrived to find the victim suffering from a gunshot wound.

He was taken to a hospital and pronounced dead a short time later, police said.

No arrest has been made in the shooting and San Jose police did not immediately release any suspect description.
