South Bay Temps Forecast To Hit 110, NWS Issues Excessive Heat Warning
The excessive heat warning will be in effect from 11 a.m. through 8 p.m. Tuesday.
SANTA CLARA COUNTY, CA — The National Weather Service has issued an excessive heat warning for Tuesday for most of the Bay Area including parts of Santa Clara County.
The excessive heat watch will be in effect from 11 a.m. through 8 p.m. Tuesday.
Temperatures are expected to hit 110 degrees in Gilroy and 109 degrees in Cupertino, according to the NWS’ latest forecast.

Santa Clara County officials said cooling centers will remain open through Wednesday.
