100-blk Smith Creek
Officers responded to a report of a just occurred theft of mail. The homeowner observed the suspects remove her outgoing mail from the mailbox. Follow-up is being conducted.

Los Gatos Blvd/Leroy
Arrest: 50 year old female, resident of Los Altos
Charge: Possession of drug paraphernalia
Officers conducted an enforcement stop and determined that the driver was on searchable probation. A search yielded drug paraphernalia. The driver was cited and released.

Arrest: 60 year old male, resident of Santa Clara
Charges: Possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of stolen property
Officers conducted an enforcement stop and determined that the driver had an outstanding warrant. A passenger was found to be on searchable probation. A search yielded drug paraphernalia. The suspect was cited and released.

100-blk Bacigalupi
Officers responded to a suspicious vehicle parked in front of a residence. It was determined that the vehicle had previously been reported stolen. The vehicle was recovered and additional stolen property was located inside.

100-blk Calle El Padre
Officers responded to a residential burglary. Follow-up is being conducted.

Arrest: 24 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: Drunk in public
Officers responded to a report of a subject refusing to leave a business. The subject was found to be intoxicated and unable to care for himself. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.
2/19/2017 1300 hours
Leigh/Anne
Arrest: 58 year old male, resident of Los Gatos
Charge: Driving on a suspended license, outstanding warrant
Officers conducted an enforcement stop and determined that the driver was driving on a suspended license. He was also found to have an outstanding warrant. He was cited and released.
