115-MPH Chase Ends After Teenage BMW Driver Crashes Into Porta Potty In Malibu: CHP
Following a high-speed helicopter pursuit through the mountains, a teenager was arrested after crashing into a porta potty, police said.

MALIBU, CA — A high-speed chase through the mountains and into Malibu came to a messy conclusion after a teenage BMW driver crashed into a porta potty, the California Highway Patrol said this week.
It started when West Valley CHP officers attempted to stop a speeding BMW driver, who fled at speeds over 115 mph. A helicopter took over the pursuit as the driver continued up Kanan Road, the winding route that traverses the Santa Monica Mountains between Agoura Hills and Malibu.
Officers found the BMW again after it made it to Malibu and the driver fled again, the CHP said.
