130 Acres Of Oceanview Land Up For Auction In Malibu

Said to be one of PCH's largest landholdings, the property offers sweeping ocean and mountain views.

MALIBU, CA — Described as one of the largest land holdings on Pacific Coast Highway, three parcels totaling 130 acres will go up on the auction block later this month.

The parcels, dubbed Encinal Canyon Bluff, are located on the northern side of Pacific Coast Highway above El Matador State Beach, east of Encinial Canyon Road.

Previously listed at $13.5 million, the package of three parcels offer expansive views of the Pacific Ocean and mountains. The land is undeveloped; reports and surveys for an approximately 10,000-square-foot home have been completed by Tobias Architects, according to a news release.

The property can be developed as the site of a single-family residents and has the potential to be the site of multiple homes, according the the release.

Schilling is an entrepreneur and the founder of domain name registrar Uniregistry, which was acquired by GoDaddy in 2020.

Bidding starts on March 28 at 3 p.m. and closes on April 11 at 2 p.m.
