Actor Michael Madsen Arrested On Domestic Violence Charge: Reports
It's the latest of several run-ins with the law in Malibu for the actor, known for his frequent collaborations with Quentin Tarantino.

MALIBU, CA — Actor Michael Madsen, known for his appearances in Quentin Tarantino films, was arrested over the weekend on suspicion of domestic violence following what a representative for the actor called a "disagreement" between Madsen and his wife, according to reports.
Deputies responded to the 31600 block of Broad Beach Road in Malibu just after midnight Saturday, where a woman reported that her husband pushed her and locked her out of the house, the Sheriff's Department said.
The husband, later identified as Madsen, was booked on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery at around 1:40 a.m. He was later released on $20,000 bond, Deadline reported.

This isn't his first brush with the law in Malibu. He was arrested in 2022 on a trespassing charge at his home. In 2019, he was sentenced to four days in jail and five years of probation in connection with a DUI crash.
Madsen is known as a frequent collaborator of Tarantino's; he first appeared in the director's debut feature “Reservoir Dogs" and has since had roles in four other Tarantino films.
