HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE & ELECTRONIC WASTE COLLECTION EVENT, SATURDAY, February 19, 10Am - 2PM at city hall
Malibu residents can drop off used paint, motor oil, household chemicals, batteries, electronics and other materials to be safely and properly disposed of for free at the City's regular Household Hazardous Waste and Electronic Waste collection event on Saturday, February 19, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM in the upper parking of City Hall (located at 23825 Stuart Ranch Road. Click for a map). All containers must be clearly labeled to identify the contents. Maximum amount of paint/motor oil accepted is 15 gallons or 125 pounds per trip. Event staff will only remove household hazardous and electronic waste from your trunk or pick-up bed. Please wear a facemask and remain in your vehicle with the windows closed for COVID-19 safety.Â

The City schedules this collection event every third Saturday in February, April, June, August and October. The event is cancelled in case of rain.Â
