Coast Guard Rescues Fisherman Off Channel Islands
The 34-year-old man was experiencing chest pains and dizziness near the Channel Islands, west of Malibu.
The Coast Guard rescued a fisherman experiencing chest pains and dizziness, from a boat off Santa Cruz Island Monday.
Coast Guard Air Station Los Angeles MH-65 Dolphin helicopter was sent to rescue the 34-year-old man at 10:30 a.m. Monday, according to a news release.
The man was taken to Santa Barbara airport, where he was transferred to emergency medical services.
