Deputy Involved in PCH Crash
All lanes were open shortly after the crash on Pacific Coast Highway at Las Flores Canyon Road in Malibu, according to the sheriff's department.
A deputy was involved in a two-vehicle crash on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu Friday, but was not hurt.
The crash was reported at 3:06 p.m. Friday at Pacific Coast Highway and Las Flores Canyon Road, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
A northbound lane was briefly closed, but Pacific Coast Highway was open in both directions within about 30 minutes, the fire department reported.

The deputy was not injured, but the other driver was taken to a hospital because of a complaint of pain, said Lt. Todd Weber of the Lost Hills/Malibu Sheriff's Station.
