Driver At Large In PCH Pedestrian Hit-And-Run Crash In Malibu: Deputies
A motorist struck a pedestrian on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu early Tuesday morning.
MALIBU, CA — Authorities are asking for the public's help in finding a motorist who struck a pedestrian on Pacific Coast Highway and fled the scene Tuesday morning, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
The hit-and-run crash occurred at around 5 a.m. on PCH near Morning View Drive, when a vehicle struck a pedestrian in the eastbound lanes, deputies said.
The person, described only as male, was transported to a hospital in unknown condition.

All lanes of PCH were shut down for several hours between Morning View and Guernsey Avenue as authorities investigated the crash.
Anyone with information on the crash is asked to call the Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff's Station at 818-878-1808.
