The City of Malibu's Harry Barovsky Memorial Youth Commission hosts the event. Cash prizes will be awarded to the first, second and third place winners. A "Viewer's Choice" prize will also be awarded after attendees vote for their favorite band. Additional event highlights include a food truck and raffle prizes.Â
