The city's seven-class Community Emergency Response Team, or CERT, course will take place at the Old City Hall (23815 Stuart Ranch Road) on Thursdays from Aug. 18 to Sept. 29. The classes will take place from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. A person must attend all the classes to complete the course, which is free.
