Juan Cabrillo Elementary to Hold Registration Event for Kindergarten

Juan Cabrillo Elementary School will hold its Kindergarten registration event next week in Malibu.

The Juan Cabrillo Kindergarten Round-up is set for 8:30 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 27 at the school, according to organizers. 

"At Juan Cabrillo, we believe the goal of kindergarten is to promote a joy of learning in a positive and nurturing environment, which creates critical thinkers, effective oral communicators, and life-long learners," said Dr. Pamela Herkner, the school's principal.

All incoming Kindergarten students and parents are asked to attend the event to learn about the enrollment process. The event launches registration for new students for the upcoming 2013-14 school year. Enrollment packets will be available.
