Karlie Kloss and Joshua Kushner Move Into Iconic Malibu 'Wave House'

MALIBU, CA — Supermodel Karlie Kloss and her husband Joshua Kushner are moving into one of Malibu's most iconic homes, known as the "Wave House," situated right on the beach.

The pair reportedly paid $29.5 million for the home, a sizable discount off its original $49.5 million asking price in June 2023, according to Realtor.com. Kloss and Kushner are the first new owners to purchase the home in more than 30 years.

Kloss and Kushner join the star-studded lineup of people who have resided in the oceanfront home, including Warner Bros. Records executive Mo Ostin and British rockstar Rod Stewart.

The home, designed by architect and avid surfer Harry Gesner in the early 1960s, sits on stilts on top of the beach with a sloping green roof meant to emulate cresting waves. The home boasts six bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
