MALIBU, CA — Leonardo DiCaprio is shedding weight off his Malibu portfolio with a $1o.3 million sale this week, the latest of his many expensive stints in the city, TMZ reported.

The home, which DiCaprio bought in 1998 for $1.6 million, is an oceanfront property on Carbon Beach, TMZ reported. He first listed the place in 2016 for $10.9 million, Variety reported.

DiCaprio dropped the property for $300,000 our asking price but — believe it or not — it's actually not his priciest Malibu deal. The seven-time Oscar winner bought another oceanfront property in Malibu for $7.4 million in 2009, which he sold in 2013 for a $10 million profit, according to Dirt.
