Malibu Businesses to Celebrate 'Going Green' Sunday
The Earth Day event will feature 15 educational tables, live music, face painting and succulent plant potting.
The Malibu Chamber of Commerce and the Malibu Country Mart will celebrate Earth Day Sunday with a special event.
The event, which will feature 15 educational tables, live music, face painting, succulent plant potting and vegetarian appetizers, is set for 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Sunday, April 21 at the Malibu Country Mart, according to organizers.
Exhibitors at the event include the City of Malibu Environmental Sustainability Department, Solar West, Malibu Patch, Muse Elementary School, Synlawn, LA County Waterworks Districts, Tra di Noi and Thorne Family Farms, The Greenstation, Eco Biz Check, Wells Fargo, World Team Now, Malibu Labor Exchange and Solar Universe.

The Malibu Country Mart will also be celebrating its efforts toward LEED certification.
