Councilman Named Citizen of the Year

Malibu Councilman John Sibert was named Citizen of the Year last week by the Las Virgenes Homeowners Federation.

"It was a total surprise and humbling experience," Sibert said. 

The Las Virgenes Homeowners Federation (LVHF) is the oldest and largest federation of homeowner associations and groups in the Las Virgenes region of the Santa Monica Mountains.

The LVHF bills itself as a strong and unwavering voice of the Santa Monica Mountains since 1968.
