Malibu Realtor Summits El Capitan

Brant Didden spent seven days and nights on El Capitan, a favorite among climbers across the globe.

Malibu Realtor Brant Didden reached the top of Yosemite's El Capitan by himself for the second time last week.

Didden began climbing June 21 and finished on June 28, after spending seven days and nights on the sheer mountain face. He took a route known as the Tangerine Trip, which is so steep that after the first day the only way is up.

"It takes the option of giving up out of the equation, you have no choice but to succeed," Didden, who has been climbing for more than 20 years, said.
