The city of Malibu released a draft environmental impact report for the proposed Crummer site subdivision Wednesday.
The developer has proposed five houses with a private gated street, a gatehouse, an onsite wastewater treatment system east of Bluff's Park in Malibu. The project also includes the dedication of 1.74 acres of land to the city for recreation.
