Students Round Up Candy for Troops

Students at Our Lady of Malibu are rounding up excess Halloween candy for a good cause.

Our Lady of Malibu School students rounded up candy in the days after Halloween for U.S. troops abroad.

The candy is being sent to Operation Gratitude, to be packed into Holiday Care Packages for troops.

The orgization sends 100,000 packages every year to troops in hostile zones, to their children and to Wounded Warriors, Veterans and First Responders, according to Operation Gratitude's website.
