'Modern Family' Creator Says $14M Goodbye To Malibu

MALIBU, CA — Steve Levitan, the creator of the show "Modern Family" sold his oceanfront Malibu pad for $14 million, the Los Angeles Times reported.

The sale was incredibly lucrative for the television executive; he bought the six-story home in 2002 for $5.4 million, according to the Los Angeles Times. The home sits near Lechuza Point on Broad Beach.

The gorgeous Malibu property has six bedrooms — three of which sit in the 1,400 square foot primary suite — and gorgeous patios with unobstructed ocean views.
