No Charges Filed Against Dr. Dre in Malibu Incident
The D.A.'s office will not pursue any charges because of insufficient evidence.

MALIBU, CA — The District Attorney's Office has refused to press charges against Dr. Dre over an incident where a motorist accused the music mogul of pulling on a gun on him.
Last week, a motorist blocked the entrance to Dre's Malibu home andinsisted sheriff's deputies make a citizen's arrestafter accused the rapper of threatening him with a gun.
The D.A.'s office will not pursue any charges against Dre in the incident because of insufficient evidence, according to a spokesperson.

Deputies found no weapons on Dre and released him at the scene but issued a citation for the rapper to appear in court if the D.A. press charges.
