3 Malibu City Council Seats Up For Election; Nomination Period Opens July 15
Three City Council seats are up for election Nov. 5.

MALIBU, CA — Those interested in running for three City Council seats up for election this fall can pull nomination papers beginning July 15.
The nomination period for candidates running for City Council in the Nov. 5 election opens on July 15 and ends Aug. 9, unless one or more of the incumbents do not file. In that case, the nomination period will be extended to Aug. 14, according to the city.
The three seats, all with four-year terms, are currently held by council members Steve Uhring, Bruce Silverstein and Paul Grisanti.

Nomination packets can be picked up from the City Clerk's Office at City Hall during operating hours.
