Pistol Stolen From Renovated Malibu Home
The Smith & Wesson pistol was hidden behind a set of books, which were in an area of the home that was under renovation.
A pistol was stolen from a Malibu home that was under renovation earlier this month.
The theft occurred sometime between Jan. 1-19 on Dume Drive near Heathercliff Road in Malibu, according to the Lost Hills/Malibu Sheriff's Station.
The Smith & Wesson pistol and two speed loaders were taken from behind a set of books in the area where renovations were underway, investigators said.
