Public Hearing set on Crummer Property Draft Environmental Impact Report
The developer has proposed five houses with a private gated street, a gatehouse, an onsite wastewater treatment system east of Bluff's Park in Malibu.

A public hearing is set for next week on a draft environmental impact report for the proposed Crummer site subdivision.
The hearing is set for 6:30 p.m. Monday, May 6 at Malibu City Hall. The purpose of the EIR is to analyze the potential environmental impacts of the proposed Crummer Site Subdivision Project.
The developer has proposed five houses with a private gated street, a gatehouse, an onsite wastewater treatment system east of Bluff's Park in Malibu. The project also includes the dedication of 1.74 acres of land to the city for recreation. The city plans to build a 50-space parking lot and recreation facilities.

According to Robert Gold, a partner and project manager, $1 million is being given to the city for the development of recreation facilities on the parcel.
The document will be up for a public review period through May 20.
