Road Work to Close Westbound PCH Lane
One westbound lane on Pacific Coast Highway will closed through 3 p.m. Thursday.
One westbound lane of Pacific Coast Highway will be closed Thursday in Malibu for road repairs.
The lane will be closed between Serra Road and the Malibu Pier, according to Malibu's Office of Emergency Services. The closure will last until 3 p.m.
